Fantastic Service
Absolutely fantastic service, From my initial phone call to Steve, who was polite and knowledgeable, right up to picking the car up, the car was pristine, had a fresh mot and service, and cleaned to perfection.I couldn't of asked for more, Steve you are a credit to finsley gate car sales and will definitely be returning for my wifes new car shortly., many thanks.

Steve the Sales Manager was absaloutley amazing. Nothing was to much trouble. He was helpful, kind and patient. He wasn't the usual stereo typical salesman, he was down to earth and explained everything in detail. Customer service was great.
Contacted the dealership to say im interested in a VW Tiguan and Steve got back to me inside 2 hours where i was able to put a reserve deposit on it asked if i made arrangments to view and asked if i could drive away same day, the customer service was great everything was sorted out and Steve was very good to deal with overall i would go back and buy another car from them in the future

Steve was very helpful and professional from the first time I had contacted him about the car, there was one issue with the car which he sorted out within a few days with no hassle. The deal was done over the phone as I was coming over from Northern Ireland for the car, no hard sell, very easy to deal with, professional and genuine person. Flew over and collected the car, will be going back as I will be changing the daughters car this year, would recommend them anyone.
