Dealt with by Steve, what a legend, he knows his stuff and he was massively helpful. Even though I probably gave him a bit of a headache he was so helpful and professional it made the whole car buying process a pleasure! Genuine review! Go there and you won't go wrong!

Steve at Finsleygate was absolutely amazing
Unfortunately, the unbelievable happened just days after buying my car – the turbo went! You can imagine the stress and worry: Would I have to pay for it? How long would it take to fix?
But Steve at Finsleygate was absolutely amazing. He talked me through my options, including them covering the repair costs or even swapping my car for a newer model and reg at no extra cost. That really put my mind at ease.
I decided to go for the newer reg, which I picked up just a few days later. Steve took care of everything with the original car, so I didn’t have to deal with any of the hassle.
Overall, although it was a stressful situation, the aftercare I received – especially from Steve – was spot on. Couldn’t fault the customer service at all!

Really pleased with my purchase, I'm from N.Ireland and was looking for a D5 XC60, there was absolutely none advertised on any site available in N.Ireland so I widened my search to national, came across the exact car I was looking for at Finsley Gate Car Sales, as I wouldn't be prepared to travel across the water to test drive it I googled for reviews on this company, I was very impressed with the amount of 5 star reviews Finsley Gate had so went ahead and purchased the vehicle, I then arranged with a local transporter company to transport car to N.Ireland, have had the car for just 1 week now, absolutely over the moon with it, it's in immaculate condition inside and out, Steve told me on WhatsApp I wouldn't be disappointed and that I'd love it, that is 100% the case, it was a pleasure dealing with Finsley Gate Car Sales through Steve, and would recommend them highly.
