Excellent service from start to finish

Excellent dealership, honest, friendly and very helpful.I had a 600 mile round trip to purchase this car, so I wanted to ensure I would be buying from a reputable business .As there were 70+ photos and a very in-depth video showing every aspect of the car, and the good reviews I had read I felt confident purchasing from this company.Initially I was talking with Steve, he was very friendly and helpful, keeping me up to date with every step of the purchase from Mot, servicing, until the car was ready for me to collect.When I arrived Steve was off and I was left in the very capable hands of his friendly colleague. I was advised the N/S/R tyre had and advisory at Mot and this was changed at no extra cost to me.The car was just as good as it looked and I couldn't be happier with it, I was also given a very fair price for my car at part exchange.I would highly recommend this business, the owner and its staff for making the transaction effortless.If you are looking for a quality used car in great condition then I would highly recommend Finsley Gate Car sales.A pleasure to do business with.

A pleasure to deal with from the initial phone call to driving away 24 hours later. Steve took us on a great test drive on a Sunday, wasn’t pushy at all. Let us wander around the cars until we were ready. I am delighted with my car. 12 months MOT. 11 months service. 2 years warranty. Highly recommend.
