Steve was brilliant
Steve Harris was brilliant, from the first phone call I made to picking the car up. He answered every question I had, everything about the car was exactly what he's said and I'm leaving really pleased. Thanks again for all your help Steve. Fantastic customer service and an amazing car for a great price, I would recommend to anyone.

Really pleased with my purchase, I'm from N.Ireland and was looking for a D5 XC60, there was absolutely none advertised on any site available in N.Ireland so I widened my search to national, came across the exact car I was looking for at Finsley Gate Car Sales, as I wouldn't be prepared to travel across the water to test drive it I googled for reviews on this company, I was very impressed with the amount of 5 star reviews Finsley Gate had so went ahead and purchased the vehicle, I then arranged with a local transporter company to transport car to N.Ireland, have had the car for just 1 week now, absolutely over the moon with it, it's in immaculate condition inside and out, Steve told me on WhatsApp I wouldn't be disappointed and that I'd love it, that is 100% the case, it was a pleasure dealing with Finsley Gate Car Sales through Steve, and would recommend them highly.

No Pressure
We have been to lots of car sales in the last few years we travelled from Ellesmere port to finsley gate to look at the car we wanted steve gave us the keys to look around the car at our leisure with no pressure on us. Fantastic experience buying my Mazda CX 5! Steve was lovely & made everything easy. Car is a dream & Steve made sure I was given all the information I needed, including sorting out all the V5 changeover details & setting up the car tax for me. An absolute gem of a business
An absolute gem of a business. I pass it most days and often see a fresh set of cars on the forecourt. Various marques, models and prices - seemingly something for everyone - and they are all immaculately presented.
It was the obvious place to help my son look for his first car - a white Skoda Fabia 1.4 - just a few weeks ago.
I could write a book on the experience but for now...
Naeem welcomed us and genuinely listened. No pressure. He was clearly proud of the business and all the vehicles they sold, irrespective of the value.
The car was very clean and tidy inside and out. A test drive confirmed it drove fine. Everything we asked, Naeem answered; straight. He offered to have it serviced, a full MOT and warranty. Still no pressure, this was no sales tactic, we could tell that he wanted it to be 'just right', safe and reliable and, importantly, for us to have that assurance and peace of mind.
We agreed to pay the sticker price. It would have been rude not to given what Naeem had already done - and always does from what I hear.
Then we met Steve. He's a real gent. Again, no bull, no pressure, he just really puts you at ease. Nothing is too much trouble.
The car went for its 12 months MOT and - on checking online - I was blown away that all the previous 'advisories' had also been fixed! Naeem wouldn't have it any other way according to Andy the mechanic / tester at D&D Motors. Another genuine Guy...but that's a whole other story.
FGM have been around a long time and those 5* reviews are there for a reason. Their approach is so NOT stereotypical used-car dealership.
Do yourself a huge favour and check them out.
